Your defeats will only serve to fuel your determination. As your beast army grows in numbers, experiment with unit types and skill synergies to find a playstyle that suits your strategic thinking-and forges the best path to success. As you lead your allied creatures to victory, use what you’ve learned about your enemies’ attacks to do your best to minimize your losses. Enter challenging, turn-based, Heroes of Might and Magic-inspired battles. Play the same battle with the same units mission, after mission, after mission. In a classic combat system, great strength counts for nothing without solid tactics. This game is not worth it, the repetition is unbearable, no feeling of progression, and mainly no fun and tactical gameplay, just grindy grind. Hell, I hope you like Centauros and Ents, because 5-6 missions into the game you still grind the maps with these two units mainly in your disposal, why? It is like you play the first week in Heroes 3 for 15hours. I understand if there were spells or units that can target either health or armor, but there are none of these as far as I played. Other example - why is there health and shield stats in the game when there are no used? There is no mechanic in the game that takes advantage of these stats, they can also be just health as far as the gameplay goes. This should not be! I am sick of games, lacking content or trying to prolong their gameplay by just locking stuff behind countless hours of grindfest!įor example why I can't more then 2 units out of the castle when I start the mission? It is not enough to grind so I can unlock more units, but now I need to grind even gods know how much more so I can take the unlocked unit. I am getting major Disciples: Liberation vibes - big maps with the same battles and the same army composition. As it is for now the game is extremely repetitive and boring to play.
